Second, it is very important to protect your skin from the sun. Not only does the sun rob you of the anti aging vitamin C, but it also damages your skin and can lead to skin cancer. Using an SPF 15 or greater suntan lotion at all times is recommended, as you are constantly exposed to the sun.
